While we never set out to be a grounds maintenance company due to requests from existing clients to undertake this type of work we have set up small dedicated teams to provide this service.
With our teams taking a personal interest in the sites they maintain , the team leaders are allowed to and encouraged to take a proactive stance and report back items that are of concern such as blocked drains, broken fences and fly tipping etc. By acting as the eyes and ears of our clients not only can we save our clients money by advising them of issues before they become a major item of concern but we are able to generate new income streams for ourselves.
Our operatives are fully trained , certified where required. We only use modern equipment which meets today’s demanding standards on noise , vibration and operating position. Our operatives are issued with the correct Personal Protective Equipment which is inspected and maintained to ensure its use and effectiveness.
We are very concerned to see the number of clients still willing to accept the lowest of low prices for grounds maintenance, allowing poorly maintained out dated equipment to be used by inexperienced operatives lacking training and PPE.

- And proof of health and safety as well as first aid training.
We offer clients maintenance contracts which can be frequency based or standards driven. Our squads have modern communication systems that allow site reports with pictures to be issued direct to client at the end of each visit.
For the assistance of our clients, we are able to offer a fixed price contract paid in 12 equal monthly instalments, this allows for budgeting for our larger clients we can extend this to 5 years fixed price contracts.
